INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING - Now Enrolling

New to lifting or finally ready to do it right? This small-group program is built for beginners who want a real foundation, not just a workout. In groups of 6 or fewer, you'll learn the fundamental movements of strength training in an environment that's structured, supportive, and free of intimidation. Every 60-minute session is coach-led with intentional progressions, so you build confidence and competence at the same time.

What to expect: Foundational movement instruction, progressive programming, and a small community of people who are all starting from the same place.

Who it's for: Complete beginners and those returning to training who want to learn properly from the start.

GROUP TRAINING

SPOTS LIMITED

This class is designed for lifters who are past the basics and ready to push further. Train in a structured, coach-led environment where the programming is purposeful and the people around you match your level.

With a cap of 12 members per class, you'll get the energy of a group and the attention your training deserves. 

What to expect: Structured 4 week progressive strength programming delivered in a small, motivated group setting.

Who it's for: You know your way around the basics: squat, hinge, press, pull - and you're ready to train alongside people at a similar level.


PERSONAL TRAINING

What to expect: Individualized programming, hands-on coaching, and a training relationship built on consistency and trust.

Who it's for: Anyone ready to invest fully in their training with a coach who's fully invested in them.
