Intro to Strength

Learn the fundamentals in groups of 6 or fewer. 60-minute coach-led sessions focused on form, confidence, and building your foundation. Repeat as many cycles as you need and graduate into signature classes when you’re ready.

SIGNATURE GROUP CLASSES

You've got the basics down and you're ready for more. Our signature classes are coach-led, intentionally programmed, and built for people who show up consistently and train with purpose.

Who it's for: You're comfortable with the foundational movements: squat, hinge, press, pull - and you want to train with people who are just as committed to getting better.

What to expect:

  • Hands on coaching every session

  • Purposeful, periodized programming - new 4 week strength phase every month

  • Never more than 12 people per class

  • Progress notebook included
